- What are your hours of operation?
Our mobile unit hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
- Do I need to have an appointment?
Yes, patients are seen by appointment at your home.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept cash or checks.
- Can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service.
- How much will my visit cost?
We will discuss your needs in advance and email a formal Treatment Plan with all expected costs before we come to your house. If we have a reason to change our plan after we arrive we will provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
